How do I identify a fish or coral?

Tap the Photo ID button on the home screen, take a photo or choose one from your library, and our AI will identify the species for you.

How do I manage my subscription?

On iOS, go to Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription. This will open your Apple subscription settings where you can change or cancel your plan. On the web, visit your Settings page to manage billing through Stripe.

Can I use ReefMind on multiple devices?

Yes. Sign in with the same email address on any device and your tanks, livestock, and chat history will sync automatically.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Danger Zone > Delete My Account. This permanently removes all your data including tanks, chats, and preferences. This action cannot be undone.

Is the AI advice reliable?

ReefMind's AI provides general guidance based on established reef-keeping knowledge. It's a helpful companion, but we always recommend cross-referencing important decisions with experienced reefers or marine biologists, especially for medication dosing or treating sick livestock.
